Giving to the Catholic Church

Everything is free thanks to your donation

Jesus never asked people for a cent, either to preach the Gospel to them or to help them.

Of course, since Jesus gave up his work as a carpenter to proclaim the Gospel just about everywhere, he had to be helped by people to live, but these people did so voluntarily, out of gratitude, out of a desire to participate in spreading this good word.

To be perfect, how much would you have to give?

100% his money, his time, his heart for God,

100% of his money, his time, his heart for those who need help,

100% of our money, our time, our heart for ourselves, because if we're not fit, we won't be able to love God or anyone else.

Obviously, this is not possible. Not for anyone!

What Jesus gives us is this advice to pay attention to these three axes, and then to do the best we can, to do according to our heart, according to our personal choice, according to our strengths too, and to do it with intelligence.

So... Thanks to everyone, thanks to you for the time or money you give and share 🙂

OCCASIONAL CELEBRATION

Church celebrations and accompaniment (baptism, weddings, funerals...) are priceless and in themselves free. However, on average, people donate between €100 and €500, depending on their means.

HAVE A MASS CELEBRATED

Every member of the faithful can request a Mass to be celebrated on Sundays or during the week for a special intention: to give thanks to God for people or for the life of a deceased person, a loved one going through difficult times, a sick person...

Requests must be submitted to the parish reception desk no later than the Thursday before the week of the relevant mass.
Offerings may be made in cash (please make up the balance), by cheque (payable to Immaculate Conception Parish) or by credit card.
As an indication, the average amount given is between 15 and 30€.

BEQUEATH WITHOUT DISINHERITING

By passing on all or part of his estate, the donor allows his assets to continue his work:

  • By entrusting his property to the Church, it allows him to continue its work of charity, education and evangelization.
  • Isn't that giving of yourself and prolong what we started on earth?
  • Isn't that so leave a strong message to his family, affirming his faith and his responsibility as a baptized person?
